We generally use and disclose personal information for the
purpose outlined above. However, we may disclose your personal information to
third parties outside our business with your consent verbally or in writing.
More specific purposes include but are not limited to:

To contracted service providers including financiers,
insurers, printers, organisations that assist us to conduct promotions and
marketing, payroll service providers, recruitment agencies, debt collectors,
data analysts, roadside assistance providers, database storage and professional
advisors

To other entities that are part of, related to or associated

Where we arrange for work or services to be undertaken on

information we use, store and subsequently destroy/delete (where relevant) that
the personal information is accurate, up to date and complete.

We use secure measures to ensure as far as we can that your
personal information is kept safe from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised
access, disclosure and modification. And we are always continuing to
investigate and implementing a more secure way to handle your personal
information. Unfortunately no data transmission over the internet is guaranteed
as being 100% secure even though we take the utmost care to secure your
personal information online. Accordingly, we cannot ensure or warrant the
security of any information you send to us or receive from us online.

4.1 Access, Correction, Complaints and Enquires

We ensure your personal information is treated
confidentially and in accordance with the Privacy Act. If you believe your
personal information has been handled in a way that does not comply with the
Privacy Act, or if you would like to access or request correction of
information that we hold about you, please contact us in writing and provide as
much information as possible for us to assist in providing you with a prompt
response and solution.

We do not charge a fee for information requests.

There are exceptions in the Privacy Act to our obligation to
allow you access to information we hold about you, ,If your request falls
within any of those exceptions and if it is a reasonable request, we will work
with you and attempt to provide you with access to your information in a way to
meet both of our needs. If your information requests falls under the exceptions
stated in the Privacy Act we will notify you in writing if we have determined
to refuse access to your personal information.

If you wish to make any amendments to your personal
information in which you have provided, please do not hesitate to contact us

provide a prompt response to correcting and/or updating your information.
